See how far a cart is from your free-shipping threshold, after discounts, for the address it ships to.
$50.10 short of free shipping. Free shipping needs $70.00 after discounts; this cart is $19.90, so it's $50.10 short.
“Why did that order only pay $530?”
Save the carts that matter as test carts. They're checked on a schedule and after discount, shipping and market changes, and you're told what changed and the likely cause.
“Which of our discounts can’t be used together?”
Combinations lists every pair where one discount allows combining and the other doesn't, so neither stacks. The discounts that block the most come first.
“Did we refund more than we should have?”
Refund Watch puts each refund next to Shopify's own calculation: goodwill, more or less than calculated, and restocking fees from returns. It alerts you when one breaks your rules.

Install on Shopify
Add Checkout X-Ray from the Shopify App Store. It opens in your Shopify admin, on the Free plan.
Build the customer’s cart
Open the Simulator. Pick the products, type the code they used and the country it ships to, then calculate the price.
Read the answer
The price X-ray shows each layer, and every code that wasn't applied gets a sentence saying why. Save it as a test cart to have it checked again.
