These terms apply between legal name, address ("we") and the merchant who installs Checkout X-Ray on a Shopify store ("you"). Installing or using the app means you accept them.

The service

Checkout X-Ray calculates carts with Shopify's own price calculation, explains which discounts applied and why others didn't, and re-checks the carts you save as test carts. It reads your store's settings; it never changes discounts, shipping, products or orders, and never places orders.

Plans and billing

The app has a free plan and paid plans, described on the plan page in your Shopify admin. Paid plans are billed by Shopify, in USD, through your Shopify invoice, with the trial shown there. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from that page; a cancelled plan ends with the current billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where the law or Shopify's policies say otherwise.

Fair use

Paid plans include up to 500 simulations a day, so the app never uses up your store's API limit. Don't use the app to overload Shopify's systems or to access stores you don't manage.

Results

Results come from Shopify's calculation at the moment of the check. Checkout can differ in cases the app can't see (for example a customer's own account, apps that change prices only at checkout, or settings changed after the check). The explanations are guidance, not a guarantee of what a customer pays. Check important changes in your store before relying on them.

Your data

Our Privacy policy and Data processing agreement describe how we handle data. You may uninstall the app at any time; your data is deleted as the privacy policy says.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app available but can't promise it will always be. We may change the app, these terms or the plans; we'll give at least 30 days' notice in the app before a change that reduces what a paid plan includes or raises its price.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid for the app in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes go to the competent court in court city, unless mandatory consumer or business law says otherwise.
