“How do test carts get checked?”

• Free: once a week, at the check hour. Up to 2 test carts.
• Pro: every day at the check hour, and 10 minutes after a discount, shipping or market change. Up to 25.
• Business: every hour, and 10 minutes after a store change. Up to 100, each in up to 10 countries.

The check hour is 06:00 in your store’s timezone; change it with Check time in Settings → Checks. Re-check after store changes is there too. You can re-run any time.

• OK: the same result as expected. “FX” next to it: the cart is in another currency and moved less than 1% with the exchange rate, and nothing else changed.
• Changed: the total, the discounts applied, the shipping options or a shipping price differ from the expected result, or checkout can’t sell the cart any more (stock, no shipping rate).
• Error: the cart couldn’t be priced, for example because a product was deleted. Shopify’s message is shown.

• Every test cart with its status, last run and total; changed ones first. Filters: All, Changed, Errors, Not checked.
• Re-run all and New test cart.
• Open a test cart for Re-run, Accept new result (when it changed: the new price becomes the expected one), Mute 7 days and Delete.
• Under the table, “Price changes”: every change across your test carts, newest first, with its likely cause and whether it’s open, accepted or back to expected.

Your test carts are kept. The oldest ones, up to the plan’s limit, are checked and can be re-run; the rest are shown as not checked until you move up again.
